Dr. Tyler Sikorcin
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

INTRODUCTION
Dr. Tyler Sikorcin is a former army psychological and clinical psychologist who has worked in multiple settings to include hospitals, outpatient, inpatient, and military clinics. He graduated with his doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. After completing an integrated internship with Riggs Community Health Clinic, Valley Oaks Mental Health, and Purdue School of Nursing he pursued Post Doctoral Training in the United States Army.
As an Army Officer Dr. Sikorcin served at Fort Sill Oklahoma, Joint Base Fort Sam Houston, Fort Bragg North Carolina, and Fort Jackson South Carolina. Dr. Sikorcin completed multiple different military specialties including a certification in Aeromedical Psychology, Combat Operational Stress Control, and Traumatic Event Management. During his time in the military he worked with members of units of XVIII Airborne Corps(82nd Airborne, 44th Med, 16th Military Police, ect...), Special Warfare Center and Schools, and The United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy. During his time with these units Dr. Sikorcin focused on trauma treatment, reintegration, aeromedical performance health, and operational psychology.
As a clinician, Dr. Sikorcin takes a very head on and integrated approach. As a psychologist, Dr. Sikorcin provides psychological evaluations, therapy, individual and group debriefings, and wellness visits. Dr. Sikorcin utilizes CBT, CPT and exposure therapy to help clients who have PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, addictions, etc. Dr. Sikorcin has received multiple awards including Holistic Health and Fitness Guardian, Army Achievement Medal, and a Meritorious Service Medal.
